How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are avaialble (online only) at the Sonark website: https://www.sonarkmedia.com/event-details/sonark-harvest-festival
Can I bring alcohol?

No alcohol may be brought into the venue. Beer, hard ciders, and wines will be sold at the festival.
Can I bring a cooler?

Coolers are allowed at the festival, but may be checked for alcohol, which is prohibited.
Where do I park?

The General Parking area is located off New Hope Church Rd (entrance opposite Strayhorn Lane). Vendors and other participants should follow the directions to Participant Parking provided in their email info packet, and enter at the Park Entrance off Hiway 86
Can I bike to the Festival?

Yes, bike parking is available along the split rail fencing in the circle drive at the main festival entrance off Hiway 86.
Uber and Lyft dropoff locations?

Use "4215 NC-86, Chapel Hill, NC 27514" as your location
Can I bring my pet?

No animals, other than trained assistance animals, are allowed on site during the Festival
Is the festival disabled accessible?

There is ample parking available on site for vehicles displaying disabled placard. The accessible parking area is connected via a fine gravel path to the Festival site. The site is not accessible, but is relatively level, and the gravel path allows access to the stage viewing area.
Where can I stay?

The Orange County visitor bureau maintains a great list of avaialble lodging options.
Is camping available?

No camping is available at Blackwood Farm Park.
Where can I find...?

Visit the map on this website for an overview. At the Festival, stop by the Info Booth in the Big Barn with any questions!
Can I participate as a...?

It is too late to apply as a new participant this year. Please email info@sonarkmedia.com to be added to the list to receive notifications in the future!
What is the performance schedule?

The stage Performance Schedule is posted on the Line-Up tab on this webpage.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian food available?

Yes! Several vendors offer vegetarian and vegan offerings!
Can I bring a chair?

Yes, camp chairs and picnic blankets are encouraged. Please be considerate of other attendees when setting up your chairs.
Where is Lost and Found?

Lost and Found is located in the large barn, inside the Info Booth.
Where is the Information Booth?

The Festival Information Booth is centrally located in the large Barn in the middle sof the HarvestFest site.
What if it rains?

The Harvest Fest will be held rain or shine.
